Field Trip Activity to: Westergard, Melton, Round Table, & Sarah Winnemucca
​Transportation via: Amador Stage Lines
REQUIRED REHEARSAL Wednesday, February 27 after school from 1:30-2:30.  
If a student has a conflict, parents must email Mrs. Neidhold by March 5th. We will celebrate with Doughboy’s Donuts at the end of rehearsal. 



Billinghurst Golden Strings  Elementary Tour 
Thursday, February 27, 2025 
 
This year Golden Strings is going to perform at area elementary schools to share our music with students who will one day go to Billinghurst Middle School. 
 
Transportation: Amador Bus Lines Charter Bus 
 
Dress Code: Golden Strings t-shirts/sweatshirts.  Reasonable pants and shoes.  (Please don’t pick your rattiest clothing.) 
  
 
SCHEDULE *** Please note that this schedule may need to be flexible.
 
8:30       Load at Billinghurst
9:00       Arrive Westergard
9:15       Concert - 30 minutes long
10:00    Bus loaded and going to Melton
10:15    Arrive Melton
10:30    Concert – either 45 minutes or two 25-minute concerts
11:45    Bus loaded and head to lunch
1:15       Arrive Sarah Winnemucca
1:30       Concert – either 30 or 45 minutes or two concerts
2:15 or 2:30 Load buses back to Billinghurst
2:45  Back at Billinghurst
